Dell Ins 5100 assigns IRQ to all devices

Hi,
I am working on a Dell Inspiron 5100 notebook. The computer is assigning IRQ 10 to all devices. The video, NIC, modem, USB SM Controller, sound, IEE 1394 Host controller and the cardbus controller. Problem is only when I plug in the Linksys PCMCIA wireless card into the slot. The pc freezes. I looked in bios , limited options for me to change. I looked to change resources and everything is greyed out. I have done a complete reinstallation of os still the smae.
