Dell Laptop

Help,any dell laptop experts or anyone familiar with dell latitude laptop out there… I have a Latitude LS processor speed 400, ram 128MB, harddisk 10GB, and a Latitude L400 processor speed 700, ram 256MB, harddisk 20GB. Anyone knows why is the booting much slower on L400 as compared to LS? Both laptop are loaded with the same OS, applications, wireless LAN card. Any idea?
