Dell PowerEdge 6600 NVRAM Disk Mismatch

I have a Dell Poweredge 6600 that I upgraded the memory to 8GB and the server started up fine and I then shutdown the server to put it in it usual location but when I boot the server again I got an NVRAM Disk configuration mismatch error at boot.. and three HD were offline 2HD from a raid five set and one unraided..

I put the drives back online and rebooted but I am still getting the NVRAM Disk configuration mismatch error at boot and two of the drive for the raid 5 go offline at reboot in the Raid Config screen but the green light are on for the drives

has anyone experienced this error before ?
