Dell PowerEdge T105 and Server 2008 and VMware server

I am looking to purchase a Dell PowerEgde T105 server. It has a Dual Core AMD Atholon chip. My question is will it support the following sofware: Windows server 2008 and MS Hyper-V and VMware server 2?
