Designing a Small Office Network advice

I recently graduated and would consider my self a novice but a picked up a job designing a network for a small office, only 5 users and one printer at the moment. Expanding to maybe 10 in the upcoming years.

The aspect that I am most worried about is what server, NOS, and licensing I should go for.

They said they are on a tight deadline and need to get things moving,
