Designing/Implementing a new network.

I’ve been in the tech field for about 10yrs. I have been assigned to a project of creating a network with about 60 workstations,wireless access etc. I’ve been involved with networking, so I have a basic understanding. To create a network from scratch is something completely different. Any recommendations on where to start – equipment, serviers, software. The project is for a public computer center.
