Desktop clock not in sync with server clock

Hello everyone,

Last Sunday was the start of daylight savings. As of Tuesday some desktop clocks are correct while others are still off by 1 hour. Any suggestions on the best way to resolve this problem. I searched Microsoft but no luck. I am running 2003 server in a domain environment.
