desktop loading problem

hai friends,
when i starts computer after login process my computer shows only desktop background.not showing icons & taskbar.through taskmanager
(cntrl+alt+del)i try to log off administrator
and then login again to administrator.that time desktop shows every thing..
how to solve this…..
plz help me..
