Desktop Problem

My Pc scan to Avg so than after restart now.. i see that my destop all icon, file & other programmer was not showing & not opent any explore file. so try more.. but that i do all work task manager heip throw.. because this is not solution… my pc have service pack 3 so please tell me. what i do than my proble goes to solve. plesae help.. give me specific solution.
