Desktop Text changed colour with GPo backgournd

Hi

I recently changed the desktop that was being pushed through GPO, before hand it was all white and now has an image on it but is still fairly pale. The text on the desktop has now changed to white making it very difficult to read, is there anyway around this, say change it back to black.
