Desktop Virtualization

I am curious as to how i would setup an environment in which people could remote into our department, and recieve an already configured “Departmental Desktop”. I havent done this in a while, and dont remember how to do this. I thought it use to be located under Routing and Remote Access. However now in Server 08, i dont see this. I tried doing a little research and cant seem to adequately sum up what i am trying to say, in a google search. Does anyone know what it is specifically called, so that i can search for it. Aslo does anyone know what i would have to do to create a Server, that would allow users to remote into and recieve a static Virtual Desktop? Thanks for any help.
