detecting spyware, etc… from websites

Hi my friends
I admin several traffic exchanges. Site testing is a major problem as these guys are pretty creative at finding ways to download crap to our computers. I am looking for a program which will show me exactly what is being downloaded to my computer and were it is being stored, on a site by site basis. It needs to be resetable after each test, and if it could produce a report, even better.
