Device Manager (keyboard) error

Recently, my standard usb keyboard is giving me problem. Each time I start the computer, the keyboard would not load. I have to uninstalled it and then reinistalled it again. The error message stated in the device usage under Device Manager is code 32. How can I resolve this problem?
