Devices Problem

I have a problem. I recently restarted my windows, with the windows recovery cd. It ended up deleting all my files. The problem is that I can’t listen to music, videos, or even connect to the internet.
I’m assuming it’s the drivers. Does anyone know how I can fix this or what do I have to download or install?
