DFS Replication Schema

Please can anyone help? I am getting the following error message when I try to create a DFS Replication group ?The Active directory schema on domain controller cannot be read. This error might be cause by a schema not extended or not extended properly. ?
My environment contains one sbs server and 2 windows 2003 server R2.
