DFX 5000+

We recently acquired Two Epson DFX 5000+ printers.The thing is after unpacking them in the box, connecting everything, we cant print.The thing is it cannot perform a printer self test. We have followed all the steps in the user guide and the problem comes after loading paper from the both front or rear we switch it on and shows beeps and falshes a light to say paper out.Having followed the steps in the user guide to say press LF/LFF Load, the paper doesn’t load.Please help me to solve this problem, the paper wont jus load, when i press LF/LFF Load, it tries to load and fails and then it switches off.
