Hi Guys, please help!!
I have been trying to connect from home to work using Cisco VPN software, this has been achieved by other work colleagues, using laptops and home pc?s. I have a Netgear DG834PN router at home, from what I have found on the internet there are some issues with making sure the right ports are open on the router, I am at a loose end trying to get this to work, I have opened ports, disabled firewalls but still cannot get it to work.
When running the software on the pc it seems to connect, but will not allow you to access any resources on the network or remote desktop. Also as soon as I connect the VPN software my internet connection is lost?
Does anyone know of any known problems with this router or any ideas what it might be?
