DHCP

HI,
I have configured DHCP in windows 2003 server having 9 scopes. Any mobile users moving from one scope to another scope, ip is not taking, it takes the old scope ip itself. If i give the old scope ip manually to any machine, then it takes the new ip from dhcp server.

I feel that after the lease period, the dhcp is not issuing a new ip to the particular machine
