DHCP config

nic on server= 192.168.0.1
scope on server= 192.168.0.2 – 192.168.0.20
DNS 192.168.0.1
default gateway from client 192.168.0.1

client=win XP
server=win2k adv/server

with DHC running i cannot get server to dial on demand from client, but with it stopped i can share my dial up connection and use dial on demand withought any problems, not much info i know but can anyone tell me if this looks ok orhow to configure DHC and use dial on demand.
