DHCP Configuration in Windown 2003

I have one Windows 2003 Server,two Netgear(WPN824 AND WGR614) Routers, one 20 port Switch, three 8 port Switches, 16 Windows XP Clients (12 PCs and 4 Laptops). I want to connect all systems in network with IP Address Automatically with wired and all laptops connect in wireless network with IP Address automatically.
You Please send the details of configuration.
