DHCP, DDNS, WINS

I am upgrading my NT 4.0 Server to Server 2000. I’m currently using 1 PDC, and 1 BDC. I’m also using WINS and DHCP. After reading several articles on AD, DNS, DDNS with 2000 I’m confused. I dont have internet access or a domain name. I just want the server to give IP address to clients. Can someone please help.
