DHCP issues (static ip’s all over the subnet)

The last admin had everything configured with static IPs. They are in no specific order. One server may be 192.168.10.250 and it’s counterpart may be 192.168.10.74. He has printers, and NAS, and servers, etc. connected this way. I have established DHCP and have a scope starting at .122 and ending at .236. They are the only unused IPs in a series that I can find. I really don’t want to go through every IP adding it as an exclusion so that I can add more IPs to the scope. We are quickly running out in the current scope, is there an easy way to add more IPs without manually going through every IP and adding an exclusion or changing IPs on equipment?
