DHCP not working

We are running XP sp3 on a network. We are in a remote office but are logging into the same domain as others in another building. Also, we are on a separate segment.

When logging in, users are supposed to be able to get IP’s, etc assigned automatically. However, the onlyh way I’ve been able to get them on-line is to fill in all the fields in TCIP properties; directing their PC’s to our DNS servers, assigning an IP address and specifying DNS info.

I’m stumped big time.
