DHCP question

i have configured DHCP on Win2k Server & i have also configured PPTP on the same server. the server has 2 NICs . on NIC 1 i have Private IP( 192.168.1.1) on which DHCP is running & on NIC 2 i have Public IP ( 203.200.55.35)for PPTP server.

now i have 2 probs

1) if i view the IP details on client i see that the IP is assigned by DHCP & the DHCP server IP is reflecting as 192.168.1.1 which is correct. but when i open DHCP console in win2k server it shows the NIC 2 interface with Public IP. is my DHCP running on public IP on NIC 2 ?

2) am not able to ping to this NIC 2 public IP. although its working & we are able to make PPTP connection to this IP.
