DHCP server not servicing clients

I have a Windows 2003 server box, DNS settings were modified to comply with the new settings from our ISP. After that the DHCP is no longer servicing clients. Removed the scope and recreated it to no avail. Any troubleshotting suggestions are greatly appreciated.
