DHCP server on Windows XP

Sorry if this sounds like a stupid question, but what can I say:) I have have an application that downloads data from a truck when it pulls into the yard. I am currently buying a DHCP server for the computer we download to. Is there a way to setup my computer using XP Pro to be a DHCP server without the third party software?
