DHCP Timeout value in registry?

Is there a registry key in win9x that can change the time needed before windows gives up on trying to obtain an IP address via DHCP? I have a scenerio here that I need to shorten the time. (It’s wayyyyy too long right now by default) Thanks!

(please, no “change it to fixed IP” responses – I need a fix for the above, and nothing else)
