DHCP WAN & W2K & Travelling Notebooks

I have a WAN setup with 2 different networks on each side.
LAN1 – W2K Server (AD main) with a firewall as a VPN endpoint. IP scheme 192.168.0.x / 255.255.255.0
LAN2 – W2K Server (AD same as first) with a firewall as a VPN endpoint. IP scheme 192.168.1.x / 255.255.255.0
Several users move between lans (offices) and I would like to move to DHCP without any trouble, and also re-map drives (to the local server)as well. Any suggestions ? I have made a batch file to remap drives, but I would like to put something into AD instead. Anyone have sample scripts or configs ?
