DHCP will not install.

We installed Win2003 SBS and during the process set the IP address of the server to a local address of 192.168.22.x with the server NIC on 192.168.22.2. It appeared that DHCP server had failed to install and now we get following message when we try to add DHCP Server. ‘An error occured which prevent the DHCP component from being installed or removed. The data is invalid.’ This occurs around 1/3 way through process. Any ideas on the cause and solution???
