dhcp with multiple vlans

Is there a way to have multiple vlans on a cisco switch have separate dhcp scopes for each? I only want to have one dhcp server(win2k server in win2k domain). They are on the same physical network. So far the research I have done is telling me I can’t do this. Suggestions?
