dhcpd

I am new to Linux & I am trying to get dhcp server services functioning. Dhcpd is the tool to use for this as I understand it. RH7 has dhcp, dhcpc & dhcpcd available on the CD. I have installed all three files but have been unable locate the dhcpd.conf file. Where are they hiding this file or am I missing a piece of the puxxle to get this functioning?
