DhcpServer Error 1014

I frequently find the aforementioned error in the Server Logs. When I look up the error on Microsoft, their fix is to restore a backup copy of the database. I have done this on at least one occasion, yet the problem returns. What is the happeningto the DHCP database and what can I do to prevent a return of the problem?
