DHTML scrollbox

I need the libs & code to create a simple DHTML scrollbox. Something very similar to the one at http://www.dansteinman.com/dynapi/docs/examples/miniscroll1.html
— except that one’s not working for me.

It needs to be IE 4.x & NS 4.x compatible. I’ve checked all the DHTML sites I can think of and can’t find any! Any help appreciated!
