Dial-up connection reboots PC

I have a client’s Win’98 PC running Client32 with IP and attaching to a Netware 5 server. When I create a dialup connection for Internet access, It connects, validates the username and password, Then promptly reboots the system. I should say that it connects with no problems the first time, but when the client tries to connect after that it reboots the workstation. There are several workstations with identical configurations at this site that work just fine, I don’t know where to look outsideof hardware / OS but thought the Client32 IP might have some bearing. This is a DHCP client.
