Dialing in from Belgium to US

Dear All:

Does anyone have any suggestions for a way to dial into a U.S.-based WAN from a Belgian hotel? My user has a ThinkPad 600X running NT Workstation 4.0 and a Xircom 10/100+ Modem 56 Adapter. She will most likely will be dialing in usingIBM Global Network Dialer.

Any help or advice you could grant would be definitely appreciated.
