Dialup Conn & Fake User in users account

I cannot disconnet my dialup connection, each time i try it shows busy and finally i have to restart the computer. The most surprising in my users account i found a unknown user with a administrator and users rights which i never created. I have Win2kpro with sp4 and IE6 Sp1.
