Digitizing Wet Signatures in my Organization

I am looking for a solution where i can digitize our Sales Documents, Service Department Documents, and Warehouse Proof of Deliveries. I was looking at the product called LincDoc which will work perfectly for all our documents except our warehouse Proof of Deliveries.

Our POD’s are generated from our Management System and are set documents. Querying the database when our delivery crews are delivering stock is not an option as reception can be an issue. Is there one solution that i can use for all documents in our organization or must i look at 2 separate solutions for Sales documents and warehouse POD’s. Does anyone have any idea’s with regards to POD’s. I was looking into some sort of IPad Solution or signing pad of sorts.
