Disable Java Balloons

Hello,

The Query i have is about Java balloons from the system tray.

I want to disable them using GROUP POLICY.Current system WINDOWS 2003 SERVER AND clients have windows XP.I have tried searching over the net and read some of java documentation but still haven’t found a solution.

Can anyone help me or teach me HOW TO DISABLE JAVA BALLOON USING ACTIVE DIRECTORY(GROUP POLICY).

I appreciate for any help.
