Disable Keyboard and Mouse?

Can someone please give me a vbscript, ini file, reg file, inf file, etc that I can run under Windows NT Server 4.0/2000 Pro that will disable (and enable when needed to) the keyboard and mouse? I am trying to install some software silently and don’t want the user to interupt the process.
