disable multiple local users

I’ve gor a windows 2000 terminal server with over 200 local user accounts. These accounts need to be diasbled since the users auth via domain account. Is there an easy way to disable the local accounts without going to the properties of each account?? Once i verify no one is using the local accounts (the reason i am disabling first) i would like to delete all.
