Disable “native” CD write in XP

I think it’s easier to support users in running CD writers in XP if they all use a single software type. (Roxio) in this case.

How can I disable, or otherwise “hide” the “auto” prompts when different media are inserted in the CD writer drive? I find it uses “default” setting everytime a new user is created….

Is it a “policy” setting somewhere?
