DISABLE NETWORK NEIGHBORHOOD

I want to disable “Network Neighborhood” on W2K stations, and the equivalent on XP’s.
The purpose is to prevent users to tamper with data. Some users gains access to specific directories, because they are members of a group with the rights. I’m trying to find a way to isolate these users, but I can’t exclude them from the group.
Please, help!
