Disappearing forums

What’s going on with the websites with prolific forums resorting to bot operated and unattended entries by the site holder and forsaking the users with innumberable changes to format and onsite programs, then hiding entry points on obscure pages. TR has been through those trials and stil has not returned to previous popularity. Many trade magazines resorted to online content only and has lost the connection between subscribers and management.
