Disaster Recovery – Where to get people? Central SC

I have to locate an agency or organization that can supply technical personnel in the event of an emergency. Skills required would primarily be Active Directory / Windows server administration, Cisco management, and VMware management.

1) I don’t hire people and I’ve never dealt with a job placement, manpower, or staffing firm. What kind of questions should I be asking?

2) Do any of you in SC / NC / GA have a firm you can recommend?
