Disconnected Network Drive

Unable to connect to network drives on Windows Server 2003. Cannot access any of the server drives. The hard drive light is not lit. Only green light on server is the domain emblem. Error Message: The local drive name is already in use. This connection has not been restored. No one is connected to our network. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks.
