Disk Imaging for Windows 2000 Server

Hi Everyone,
I have a W2K server that has a hard drive with bad sectors which I’m replacing. First, I need a disk imaging software that will image NTFS 5.0. I have Visual Source Safe and Visual Intercept running on this server. These applicationsare crucial to my company. They can’t be lost, that is why I’m putting 500 points for this question.
