Disk Quota situation in Windows Server 2003

Hope someone here can help. Basically heres the problems.

I created the appropriate quotas for each user in my AD. Everything is working except for the quota itself.

A user will log in and can see the whole size of the drive instead of just seeing how much space he actually has.

I noticed that when I save files in that drive, it goes to the Builtin/Administrators, who of course has an unlimited amount of space.

I even changed ownership, but that didn’t work. I changed it on the users folders inside of my AD.

Kinda has me stumped right now and google isn’t doing it for me.

Any help would be appreciated.
