Diskless workstation

Hi all,
I would like to know how to go about doing the ffg:
Client computers have no hard disks physically installed. But want them to work the server(in this case windows 2003 server). Please help!!!
I tried reading online, but cant seem to find what i want. I would appreciate if there is a step by step guide.
