Display Help

I have a windows 98SE computer with AMD-K6 450Mhz and 128MD ram. The display driver is Oak Technology Super VGA but the problem is my only display options are 256 or 16. My resolution is 800-600. How can I get more display options like 16bit 24bit etc..
