Display problem

I am currently using an IBM Pentium-II P.C with G42 Monitor of Model of 6540-02N.

After Format the Hard Disk when I reinstall Windows98 I am unable to configure my Monitor. At the moment my monitor is currently working on just 16 color.

Further more i download the vga driver file (moninf.exe) from www.ibm.com and unable to solve the problem.

Please guide in this regard.
